As I became more involved in the Virtual Assistant industry, I became more excited about the possibilities of helping people create success. I was able to leave my discontented retail position and devote more time to this passion.

I started this business with my own limiting beliefs that I HAD to do everything myself, including all the administrative tasks. After all, who would pay me to do their administrative tasks, if I was outsourcing mine? Then, one day, I realized that only some of those tasks were my strengths. This allowed me to step out of my own way. That was the origin of my team, as I started working with others who enjoyed the tasks I did not.

As I expand my network, I am helping other business owners fulfill their dreams of being successful. My team grows and shrinks as I find new emerging talent and they move on to be successful in their own right. These talented people bring many skills including: organization, basic admin, website, graphic design, copywriting, customer service and social media skills, etc. Many of us have talents that overlap, but we each have a unique specialty we bring to the team. We continue to grow and develop as I make new connections with others.
